yo brothers from another mother! haha. learnt that frm Drake and JOsh. Been kinda addicted to the show recently. 7.30 every weekday on nickelodeon. haha anyw. had 2 training sessions with the new coach(es) alr. and they definitely OWN ex-coach. but the warmup is bad. 5 rounds round 2 courts. doesnt sound tt bad? wait till u know wad i mean. read on... 1st stretch hop on right foot(looks quite dumb actually) then once u reach the corner do 10 situps. after that back paddle and once reach the corner 10 jumping jacks. then hop on left foot and at the third corner do some burpist(dno how to spell.lol) thing. its lk u get into pumping position then pull ur legs in and stand up. this counts as one. this stretch is the MOST tiring. doing this aft hoping on ur left leg(mayb except for timtanlt). and THEN u sidestep and at the last corner do 10 pushups. ok this is juz one round. try doing that 5 times. and this is only the WARMUP. but gd la at the end no pt. plus somemore this PT is better than excoach's(not referring to him by name as most ppl do this days in case he finds this blog while googling his name). excoach's is just running. at least this one got variation. and i think the warmup rly helped 2day. i warmed up pretty fast. training was fun. i played decently today. i think. was king(eh u know king?) for a long time. but still have room for improvement. lack composure at the net. k gtg. bye! oh and if any1 wondering wad xbox 360 game to buy, get Gears of War. quite zai. im stuck at the last boss level :P
